Here is what this looks like in practice. A focused UX audit on an existing product. Heuristic evaluation, user flow mapping, accessibility review, and a prioritized roadmap of fixes ranked by business impact. Most useful for products with rising support tickets, conversion drop-off, or UX debt that nobody has had time to look at properly.
Often the first step before a larger redesign engagement. The audit ends with a stakeholder presentation deck leadership can act on, fixes ranked by impact and effort, not just severity. Many teams start here and continue into a full redesign.
